What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered internal tools using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure AI services.
• Build integrations with REST APIs, handle structured data, and orchestrate workflows.
• Query and structure data using SQL for AI models, analytics, and automation pipelines.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, build prototypes, test, and deploy solutions.
• Train teams on AI tools, document solutions, and identify new automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and security teams to meet governance and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SQL for querying, transforming, and preparing data.
• Experience developing solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar low-code AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services, including model hosting, vector search, and orchestration.
• Experience working with REST APIs and/or MCP Servers.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work in iterative, fast-paced delivery environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Foundry / Azure ML or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Familiarity with LLM-based patterns like retrieval-augmented generation, agents, and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of data governance, model risk, and regulatory expectations in financial services.
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Background in automation, business analysis, or process optimisation.
