What you will do

• Enable and train partners on the platform through hands-on technical workshops and development sessions.
• Develop and manage relationships with technical counterparts at ISV and consulting firms.
• Create customized demonstrations and prototypes showcasing the value of hirify.global in partner-led opportunities.
• Lead partner evaluations with technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer data ecosystems.
• Produce scalable partner enablement assets, including training materials and technical documentation.
• Advocate for partner needs by providing feedback to internal Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical solutions consulting, with specific experience in partnerships.
• Deep understanding of BI, analytics, and semantic layers.
• Strong SQL skills for analytical tasks.
• English proficiency required for presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% within the EMEA region.
