Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 (Note: Range provided for SF Bay Area; other locations vary)

What you will do

• Design and evaluate AI/ML models tailored to firm use cases, such as tax AI bots and Copilot extensions.
• Build and deploy AI features into systems and workflows using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.
• Prepare and manage structured and unstructured datasets to ensure quality inputs for training and evaluation.
• Deliver automation solutions that streamline operations and reduce manual effort for professional practices.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and data governance teams to identify and implement AI use cases.
• Rapidly prototype AI solutions and establish tools, processes, and standards for the new AI-focused team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related work experience in machine learning, data science, and applied AI.
• Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience building chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-driven automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to attend regular team meetups in Central London, UK.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience with OpenAI SDK, Azure AI SDK, LangChain, and Pandas.
• Prior experience in professional services (accounting, consulting, or similar).
• Familiarity with enterprise data governance and responsible AI practices.
