What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable dimensional models for marketing performance, aligned with tracking and privacy constraints.
• Develop and optimize production-grade dbt pipelines with a focus on documentation, modularity, and performance.
• Implement rigorous tests and monitoring to ensure data reliability, freshness, and volume accuracy.
• Build and maintain Looker Explores and dashboards to enable high-confidence self-serve analytics.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of data products, from scoping with stakeholders to driving adoption.
• Contribute to company-wide standards and best practices through the Analytics Engineering Guild.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a mid-level or senior Analytics Engineer.
• Advanced SQL and strong dimensional modeling skills.
• Hands-on expertise with dbt (Cloud or Core) and production workflows.
• Experience in B2C marketing measurement, including tracking concepts and attribution.
• Proficiency in enabling self-serve analytics via BI tools, ideally Looker.
• Proven experience using LLMs and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude Code) in daily engineering tasks.
