TL;DR

Marketing Data Analyst (SQL/Python): Building and shaping a new marketing analytics capability with an accent on data modeling, attribution, and cross-channel performance analysis. Focus on driving sustainable growth by partnering with leadership and tech teams to deliver actionable insights and scalable analytical frameworks.

Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (Hybrid 50% in-office)

What you will do

  • Act as an analytics partner for marketing leadership to drive strategic initiatives, budget allocation, and revenue growth.
  • Translate marketing logic from SEO, CRM, and performance channels into clear analytical requirements and data models.
  • Own complex topics such as attribution, cost/revenue allocation, and bidding optimization.
  • Partner with Marketing Technology on tracking concepts, event design, and ensuring high data quality.
  • Deliver end-to-end analytics work from data modeling and SQL analysis to visualization and stakeholder communication.
  • Define standards and tooling, while mentoring the team on analytical best practices and AI-driven workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
  • Proficiency in advanced SQL and Python.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data analysis into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Strong ownership mindset and experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience building scalable analytical frameworks for real business needs.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on expertise in multi-channel marketing analytics in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Specific experience in attribution modeling, cost/revenue allocation, or bidding strategies.
  • Strong personal focus on AI enablement and integrating AI tools into analytics workflows.
