What you will do

• Plan deliverables with project leads and architects, validate feasibility, and drive development across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate dependencies, assign tasks, and facilitate decision-making to ensure technical alignment.
• Break down complex technical deliverables, manage project roadmaps, and inform stakeholders of risks and trade-offs.
• Motivate engineering teams, manage day-to-day agile operations, and monitor team health and status.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including performance assessment and career growth.
• Participate in recruitment, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for fit.
• Oversee build stability, performance processes, and contribute minor code to engine systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Shipped one or more AAA titles across full production cycle, including post-launch, as programmer and lead/manager.
• Experience directly managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Extensive JIRA experience, including dashboards for monitoring deliverables.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to discuss complex technical topics and synthesize for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Unreal Engine and production pipelines.
• Knowledge of C++.
• Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Live service title experience.
