TL;DR

Producer (Gamedev): Facilitate project management, planning, and team coordination for AAA game development with an accent on roadmap alignment, milestones, and dependency management. Location: Hybrid in Stockholm office (required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays). Relocation assistance not available.

What you will do

• Report to Production Director and support Product Owner in planning, tracking progress, key deliverables, and milestones for timely delivery.
• Facilitate team ceremonies using scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Remove blockers, improve communication and collaboration, and foster team ownership.
• Build efficient workflows with tools like Jira to optimize development processes.

Requirements

• At least 10 years experience as a Producer.
• Involved in at least one full game development cycle.
• Experience in AAA production.
• Directly led a full or significant part of a multi-disciplinary development team.
• Extensive knowledge of game, Agile, and software development methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
