What you will do
- Lead the development and growth of the production team, working closely with the Executive Producer.
- Cooperate with leadership and cross-functional development teams to ensure alignment with vision and goals.
- Form and nurture cohesive, high-performing teams empowered to self-organize and achieve outstanding results.
- Oversee and enhance production processes, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, and requirements gathering.
- Identify and address bottlenecks, fostering incremental delivery with frequent integration.
- Visualize, prioritize, and systematically remove waste and impediments, encouraging teams to own and solve their own challenges.
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and managing producers.
- Experience in the development and shipping of AAA titles, showcasing the ability to manage large-scale projects.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate across teams involved in the game development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment, with a focus on team empowerment and self-organization.
- Deep understanding of the technical limitations and pipelines in the game development process, along with knowledge of technical engineering best practices.
- Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools, enabling efficient project management and collaboration.
