What you will do

• Lead a team of Automation Engineers in designing, developing, and delivering scalable intelligent automation solutions with AI.
• Partner with transformation and architecture teams to assess feasibility and translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Own end-to-end implementation of automation solutions integrating RPA, APIs, and AI/ML.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in solution design, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Manage production stability through incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.
• Mentor engineers, drive AI adoption, and collaborate with product and data teams on integrations.

Requirements

• 8-10 years in software engineering, automation, or related fields with focus on Intelligent Automation and AI-driven solutions
• Demonstrated leadership managing automation engineering teams and delivering large-scale programs
• Hands-on experience with production-grade automation including AI-enhanced use cases
• Advanced skills in RPA (UiPath), Python-based automation, Power Platform, LLMs, NLP, document understanding
• Experience in task/process mining, intelligent document processing, decision automation
• Strong architectural mindset for end-to-end automation ecosystems and stakeholder collaboration
