TL;DR

Regional Sales Director: Provide leadership to a field sales team selling hirify.global data analytics and AI solutions with an accent on revenue growth across sales channels and team development. Focus on coaching sales methodologies, executing growth plans, and delivering accurate sales forecasts.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (onsite, full time). This position involves access to software/technology subject to U.S. export controls; job offer contingent on compliance.

What you will do

  • Achieve revenue growth across all channels including sales, consulting, and education services.
  • Coach sales team on company-adopted methodologies to deliver quick value to prospects and customers.
  • Join sales calls in the field and set/review performance goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, recruit and hire staff.
  • Direct enterprise sales opportunities, coordinate implementation plans with professional services.
  • Deliver timely sales forecasts and adhere to sales policies.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in software sales.
  • 4+ years managing sales teams of 5-7 people.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and achieve sales targets in fast-growing environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales techniques in high-transaction software industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of at least three industries/market segments; ability to travel.
