What you will do

• Develop and manage local onsite publicity efforts with corporate global PR, regional teams, and show staff.
• Handle day-to-day local PR needs including scheduling media requests, media days, and influencer engagement.
• Coordinate publicity requests, prep performers and staff for interviews, and capture video/photo content.
• Assist in revising show documents, providing promotional tools, and serving as liaison to performers.
• Manage timelines, planning, and budgets for onsite media segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (PR, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or English preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of public relations or related experience with emphasis on onsite media management.
• Strong media relation skills; prior media contacts and on-camera experience a plus.
• Knowledge of broadcast media logistics and operations.
• Strong interpersonal, event planning, and time management skills; ability to manage heavy workload under pressure.
• Team-oriented, flexible, proficient in Microsoft Office and SmartSheet; team oriented with interest in being on-the-road with traveling show.
