What you will do

• Develop and execute media engagement strategies for campaigns and events.
• Produce media clips and perform ad hoc analysis of print and online coverage.
• Prepare media kits, releases, fact sheets, and responses to inquiries.
• Draft talking points, social media content, and web materials.
• Support conference planning, including logistics and after-action reporting.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and partnership outreach.

Requirements

• Must live in the local area of Arlington, VA.
• BS/BA in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience planning PR campaigns.
• Ability to obtain a DHS Fitness Determination.
• Experience with federal government communications is strongly preferred.
