Gross salary starting from 1200 EUR/month based on experience + commission depending on individual results

What you will do

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for top-tier customers and develop strategies to boost revenue via digital marketing.
  • Onboard new clients, assist with migrations, warmup processes, and initial campaigns/automations.
  • Provide proactive strategic advice, respond to questions timely, and share best practices for business goals.
  • Review dashboards, address issues, ensure consistent messaging, and escalate appropriately.
  • Conduct QBRs, set quarterly goals, keep merchants updated on product releases, and contribute feedback to Product/Engineering.
  • Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer success-related experience
  • Understanding of main digital marketing metrics (opens, clicks, conversions) and their drivers
  • Proven track record of creative problem-solving for customers
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience discussing business/sales topics during renewals or cancellations
  • Excellent communication skills via chat, phone, video, email, and Wechat
  • Strong time management, ownership, and independent working ability
  • Understanding of Slack, Zoom, Intercom, Mixpanel, Hubspot, G-Suite, hirify.global or similar platforms

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, project management, or marketing
  • Advising customers on marketing strategy
