Salary: 47,000–59,000 EUR Annual

What you will do
- Act as primary point of contact and strategic advisor, building executive-level relationships to drive business outcomes.
- Own end-to-end renewals process, including negotiations, forecasting, and reporting via CRM platforms.
- Drive customer adoption through onboarding, engagement, KPI mapping, and ROI showcases.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate on upsell/cross-sell strategies.
- Serve as customer advocate, sharing feedback to influence product roadmap and build reference champions.
Requirements
- Experience in renewals, account management, or customer success with enterprise/mid-market customers.
- Proven track record managing complex portfolios in B2B SaaS environments.
- Finnish language required.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and CRM/success platforms; familiarity with CPQ and contract tools.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
