TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Finnish and English Speaking): Act as trusted advisor and primary contact for enterprise/mid-market customers, managing renewals, retention, adoption, and growth opportunities. Focus on building executive relationships, leading QBRs and success reviews, driving product usage maturity, and influencing net revenue retention through data insights and strategic account strategies.

Location: Remote (Finland - Espoo)

Salary: 47,000–59,000 EUR Annual

What you will do

  • Act as primary point of contact and strategic advisor, building executive-level relationships to drive business outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end renewals process, including negotiations, forecasting, and reporting via CRM platforms.
  • Drive customer adoption through onboarding, engagement, KPI mapping, and ROI showcases.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate on upsell/cross-sell strategies.
  • Serve as customer advocate, sharing feedback to influence product roadmap and build reference champions.

Requirements

  • Experience in renewals, account management, or customer success with enterprise/mid-market customers.
  • Proven track record managing complex portfolios in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Finnish language required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and CRM/success platforms; familiarity with CPQ and contract tools.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • CSM-related certifications (Gainsight, Success Coaching, Pragmatic Institute).
