Salary: $161,000 to $237,000

What you will do

• Spearhead strategic sourcing initiatives and build robust supplier relationships.
• Optimize the total cost of ownership for our rapidly expanding global infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the supplier selection process for new platforms and components.
• Secure favorable agreements and continuously assess supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and technology alignment.
• Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive sourcing strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations, manage RFQs/RFPs, and finalize business awards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI system hardware supply chain and related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or Business Administration.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tangible results and drive execution.
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external partners in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of "should cost" modeling and value analysis.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a technical, engineering field, or Business Administration.
