What you will do

• Set global quality vision, strategy, and operating model balancing growth, risk, and sustainability.
• Own manufacturing quality across contract manufacturers and internal sites, leading audits, NCRs, CAPA, and improvement initiatives.
• Execute supplier quality strategy including qualification, audits, governance, and development.
• Lead product and NPI quality, ensuring design for quality and readiness for new products, factories, and suppliers.
• Manage field quality outcomes with rapid response, remediation, and closed-loop feedback to upstream processes.
• Oversee quality systems, governance, continuous improvement, compliance, and people leadership for global team.

Requirements

• 15+ years leading quality organizations in complex manufacturing and supplier ecosystems.
• Proven enterprise-scale experience across regions and functions.
• Strong executive presence partnering at VP and ELT levels.
• Track record translating strategy into execution amid ambiguity.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
