What you will do
- Own and execute paid acquisition strategy across key channels (Meta & Google)
- Plan and optimise always-on and campaign-based activity
- Use audience insights to improve conversion journeys
- Collaborate with editorial, product and marketing teams
- Monitor performance metrics including CPA, ROI and conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven experience in paid acquisition (Meta & Google)
- Strategic mindset and performance focus (commercial acumen)
- Strong agency management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

- Experience working in Publishing/Media
