What you will do

• Own and execute paid acquisition strategy across key channels (Meta & Google)
• Plan and optimise always-on and campaign-based activity
• Use audience insights to improve conversion journeys
• Collaborate with editorial, product and marketing teams
• Monitor performance metrics including CPA, ROI and conversion rates

Requirements

• Proven experience in paid acquisition (Meta & Google)
• Strategic mindset and performance focus (commercial acumen)
• Strong agency management experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
