Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 base salary per annum

What you will do

  • Own and define full UK marketing strategy aligned with global priorities
  • Build, hire, and lead the UK marketing team from scratch
  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across channels like Meta, Google, TikTok
  • Lead cross-channel campaigns, content creation, and brand positioning
  • Manage budget, agencies, stakeholders, and performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV)
  • Partner with product, design, data teams and lead GTM for new products

Requirements

  • Based in London (hybrid flexibility)
  • 7–12 years in marketing across strategy and execution
  • Proven track record scaling marketing and driving growth
  • Expertise in performance marketing, full-funnel strategy, paid media, SEO, content, CRM, analytics
  • Experience building/leading teams in startup/high-growth environments
  • Strong data literacy, budget management, leadership, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Hotjar
  • Experience in brand building, influencer marketing, partnerships
  • Launching or scaling new markets (UK/Europe)
