TL;DR

Planning Executive (Marketing): Supporting the planning team and giving your career a flying start in the media industry with an accent on media planning knowledge across channels. Focus on effective campaign management and communication with clients and creative agencies.

Location: Must be based in the UK

hirify.global is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalisation at scale.

What you will do

  • Develop media planning knowledge across channels.
  • Learn and use media systems and tools.
  • Run and analyse reports including competitive, audience insights, etc.
  • Assist with financial processes e.g. PO trackers, bookings, reconciliations, queries.
  • Update internal and external status reports.
  • Coordinate meetings with the client and creative agency.

Requirements

  • Have a basic understanding and competence in MS Office – PowerPoint and Excel in particular.
  • Develop an awareness and curiosity about media and marketing industry including trends and challenges or concepts.
  • Researches wider industry and shows ability to summarise information into findings to be shared.
  • Responds to stakeholder requests in an accurate, timely and professional manner and seeks to have a good understanding of client needs and challenges.
  • Learns and demonstrates a concern for what is expected regarding accuracy and thoroughness, so that sufficiently detailed information is logged correctly.
  • Please note this is a UK based role and requires individuals to have the right to work in this location
