What you will do

• Proactively support Customer Success and Account Management teams on model trust and methodology escalations.
• Design first-party incrementality tests, calibrating models, and building structured learning agendas for clients.
• Capture and triage field feedback and methodological objections, feeding structured intelligence back to Product and Data Science teams.
• Build technical collateral, Academy content, and internal training to raise the baseline data literacy of the Go-To-Market organization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing science, data analytics, or technical account management.
• Deep understanding of Media Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, and the broader AdTech ecosystem, including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Ability to translate complex data science and Bayesian models into digestible commercial insights for non-technical executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
