Service Supervisor

What you will do

• Supervise service team on route and in-house for customer service, sales, product delivery/pick-up.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate service team to deliver high customer service and product quality.
• Maintain customer relationships, handle contract renewals, drive internal sales growth.
• Optimize route structure, ensure driver compliance, assist with lifting/carrying at customer sites.
• Drive company vehicle to/from customer locations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's preferred
• Active driver's license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certification, prior employment documentation prior to start
• Meet DOT requirements for driving vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
