What you will do

• Oversee multiple engagements and resolve legal, regulatory, and accounting issues during audits.
• Manage client services, including audit strategy, business plans, budgeting, and workload assignment.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive overall satisfaction.
• Research and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.
• Mentor and develop staff through training, regular feedback, and career guidance.
• Assist in the delivery of proposals for new engagements.

Requirements

• Licensed CPA
• SEC auditing experience required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in public accounting
• BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
