What you will do
- Build and run a company-wide KPI system to translate strategy into measurable goals with clear ownership.
- Optimize end-to-end processes and implement scalable operating systems for decision-making and execution.
- Identify and implement AI opportunities across the organization to drive efficiency and adoption.
- Lead the HR team to embed a performance culture through KPI-driven systems and data-driven hiring/promotions.
- Ensure full transparency on progress, priorities, and resourcing across teams and departments.
- Collaborate closely with founders to align critical operational areas with the company vision.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling operations in a high-growth, multi-market environment.
- Strong systems thinking and experience building and running performance management systems.
- High standards of ownership and accountability for self and others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Genuine interest in AI and automation as core operational levers.
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to handle and de-escalate complex organizational situations.
