Salary: Starting from €8,300 gross/month + ESOP

What you will do

  • Build and run a company-wide KPI system to translate strategy into measurable goals with clear ownership.
  • Optimize end-to-end processes and implement scalable operating systems for decision-making and execution.
  • Identify and implement AI opportunities across the organization to drive efficiency and adoption.
  • Lead the HR team to embed a performance culture through KPI-driven systems and data-driven hiring/promotions.
  • Ensure full transparency on progress, priorities, and resourcing across teams and departments.
  • Collaborate closely with founders to align critical operational areas with the company vision.

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling operations in a high-growth, multi-market environment.
  • Strong systems thinking and experience building and running performance management systems.
  • High standards of ownership and accountability for self and others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Genuine interest in AI and automation as core operational levers.
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to handle and de-escalate complex organizational situations.
