What you will do

• Optimize end-to-end business operations across the entire organization.
• Build, scale, and refine operational processes to support rapid company growth.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration between product, tech, compliance, and commercial teams.
• Establish clear KPIs, performance tracking, and accountability frameworks.
• Drive timely and efficient product launches and operational rollouts.
• Partner with the CEO in operational and strategic decision-making to ensure the business runs efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior operations leadership roles (COO, Head of Operations, or similar).
• Strong experience within the fintech or payments industry is a must.
• Proven track record of scaling operations in fast-growing environments.
• Deep understanding of payment systems, infrastructure, and operational workflows.
• Ability to design and implement scalable processes across multiple functions.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Riga, Latvia.
