What you will do
- Build a company-wide operating system and cadence to align clinical operations, regional leadership, and patient engagement teams.
- Design and implement performance reviews, operational planning processes, and cross-functional coordination mechanisms.
- Partner with Regional General Managers to ensure market accountability and consistent support from centralized teams.
- Optimize workflows for community health worker teams and ensure strong integration with clinical care.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Payor Operations to align operational workflows with payer requirements.
- Improve reporting and performance tracking to increase operational visibility and identify emerging risks.
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience in operations or general management within healthcare delivery or complex regulated environments.
- Proven track record of scaling operations in high-growth organizations with evolving processes and systems.
- Experience managing large, distributed, or field-based workforces across multiple markets or regions.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to design operating mechanisms that improve execution reliability.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lead large operational organizations through periods of rapid growth and increasing complexity.
Nice to have
- Experience operating within Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, dual-eligible, or value-based care environments.
- Experience scaling multi-market healthcare delivery organizations across multiple states.
- Background in tech-enabled healthcare services rather than traditional institutions.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and Medicaid regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Experience applying structured operational improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
