What you will do

• Tailor content to stand out on each social platform while maintaining hirify.global Sports brand voice.
• Commission social-first content like gfx, vertical video, and thumbnails with production and design teams.
• Lead output from hirify.global Sports News accounts across platforms, ensuring timely, accurate publishing.
• Engage audiences, capitalize on trends, and promote community events like AMAs with community management.
• Align social output with video production and editorial teams.
• Guide junior team members and cut/publish live news moments for monetization.

Requirements

• Understanding of social platforms, video techniques, and audience consumption trends.
• Extensive experience managing sizable social media accounts and communities.
• Passion and knowledge for all sports, especially football, F1, cricket, golf, and tennis.
• Interest in emerging platforms, technology, and innovation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
