What you will do
- Identify leads via cold-calling, networking, events, and develop relationships with C-level executives.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle as the single point of contact.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities and forecast business.
- Hit sales targets in revenue and profitability, ensuring orders are filled with required talent.
- Maintain high visibility and communication for exceptional customer service.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years proven success selling IT staffing and team augmentation services
- 4+ years progressive experience in sales, consulting, or resources industry focused on finance, banking, energy, or utilities
- Proven track record achieving annual sales of at least $2MM
- Demonstrated ability to close deals from $250K to $5M+
- Proficiency managing sales opportunities and pipeline in CRM
- Entrepreneurial mindset to recognize improvement opportunities
