What you will do

• Optimise and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
• Drive performance improvements through CPA reduction and channel efficiency
• Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to enhance results
• Own and grow the affiliate programme, managing partners and agencies
• Test new acquisition channels and build structured experimentation plans

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in growth or performance marketing roles
• Strong expertise in paid social platforms, particularly Meta
• Exposure to multi-channel campaigns including search and affiliates
• Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
