What you will do

• Assist with planning and execution of virtual webinars and in-person trade shows, including scheduling, vendors, and materials.
• Support development and deployment of digital ad campaigns with tracking and optimization.
• Coordinate marketing assets like banners, emails, and landing pages with design and content teams.
• Manage and track leads from events and campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and follow-up.
• Contribute to post-event reporting and performance analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business or related
• Available full-time for 12-week internship in London office 3-5 days/week (Sept-Dec)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for multitasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude in fast-paced environment.
• Team collaboration and proficiency with office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

Nice to have

• Experience with event coordination or digital campaigns.
• Understanding of lead tracking and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
