What you will do

• Own overarching strategy for live portfolio of 6+ games across platforms like Facebook Instant Games, ensuring profitability targets are exceeded.
• Lead and mentor 3-5 Game Producers as strategic partner, guiding roadmaps, feature priorities, and team structures for engagement and EBIT.
• Foster culture of transparency, high performance, and independent identification of growth levers.
• Plan long-term resource allocation, building teams or leveraging outsourcing for optimal game setups.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive changes through personnel or structural adjustments with clear communication.

Requirements

• 8+ years in senior leadership (e.g., Head of Studio, Executive Producer, VP Games) managing Producers/Leads.
• Profit-oriented, data-driven mindset balancing EBIT with great player experiences.
• Deep expertise in casual F2P live operations (Facebook Instant Games as plus).
• Strong communication and empathetic leadership through empowerment and frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in Facebook Instant Games ecosystem.
