What you will do

• Drive the growth of the SE franchise, focusing on the successful exit of SE2 from early access and cross-selling SE1.
• Build the growth engine, including creator partnerships, Steam visibility, and monetization strategies.
• Lead SE2 production to ensure delivery on time, with high quality and the correct scope.
• Manage the high-level lifecycle and conversion of the 6 million existing SE1 owners.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the founder, pushing culture and standards higher.
• Bridge the gap between the core community and mainstream growth to increase accessibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growing a player base, audience, or business (must provide numerical examples).
• Ability to work within CET ±2 hours timezone.
• Experience in high-standards environments and the ability to have hard, honest conversations.
• Capability to work in a small, founder-led organization without relying on large corporate structures.
• Decision-making style based on action and results rather than consensus-seeking or lengthy decks.
