What you will do

• Plan and execute engaging in-app events, promotions, and updates to captivate players.
• Conduct experiments to test and refine LiveOps strategies based on performance results.
• Optimize operational workflows for seamless and timely content updates.
• Monitor event performance and identify optimization opportunities for future iterations.
• Maintain the events calendar in collaboration with marketing, analytics, and development teams.
• Identify and mitigate potential operational risks in LiveOps delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in live game operations and events, preferably in mobile games or loyalty platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of designing impactful campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.
• Analytical skills for event optimization and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for clear articulation and cross-team collaboration.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Germany.
