TL;DR

Platform Operations Manager (Gaming): Owning LiveOps and CRM end-to-end to drive revenue, LTV, and engagement within the hirify.global ecosystem with an accent on event execution and player communication. Focus on managing operational calendars, optimizing CRM tooling, and leading a small operations team to ensure high-quality delivery.

Location: Berlin (Hybrid) or Remote (Digital Nomad options available). Relocation to Germany is supported with visa assistance.

What you will do

Own the end-to-end LiveOps and CRM calendars across games and the platform.
Plan and execute in-app events, ensuring operational readiness, targeting, and QA.
Lead CRM strategy execution via push notifications, in-app messages, and email.
Manage and develop a small team of LiveOps and CRM specialists.
Optimize internal tooling (Firebase, Iterable, etc.) and independently analyze performance data.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate goals into concrete execution.

Requirements

Experience in LiveOps, CRM, or operational roles within gaming, mobile apps, or entertainment.
Proven track record in people management while remaining hands-on in execution.
Strong understanding of performance metrics such as LTV, retention, and revenue uplift.
Ability to independently analyze data and draw actionable conclusions.
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional technical and business teams.
