IT Lead

TL;DR

What you will do

• Lead and manage the IT function, including direct oversight of the current IT team member.
• Handle hands-on daily IT operations, helpdesk support, and issue resolution across the company.
• Own full employee lifecycle IT processes: onboarding, offboarding, device management, and access controls.
• Operate MDM platform, manage SaaS tools like Google Workspace and Slack, and enforce security policies.
• Collaborate on automation initiatives, vendor relationships, documentation, and compliance (COPPA, kidSAFE).

Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) for multicultural remote team communication.
• 5+ years in IT operations/systems admin, 1-2 years in lead/senior role.
• Hands-on macOS/Windows, MDM (Kandji/Jamf/etc.), Google Workspace admin.
• IAM/SSO, structured onboarding/offboarding, scripting (Bash/Python), networking basics.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication with technical and non-technical teams.
