What you will do

• Lead regulatory oversight, staying abreast of FCA, DWP, HMRC developments and assessing impact on SIPP offerings.
• Solve complex technical queries as escalation point for client pension cases.
• Drive product compliance by analyzing legislative changes like Pensions Dashboard and implementing procedure updates.
• Enhance governance by identifying SIPP market risks and delivering mitigation solutions.
• Coach staff with technical training and develop training materials to build pension expertise.
• Manage external relationships with partners, advisors, and represent at industry events.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in HMRC and FCA rules for SIPPs and UK pensions market
• Proven experience analyzing legislative changes into operational procedures
• Experience handling complex SIPP technical issues in fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder communication with engineering, product, compliance teams
• Highly organized self-starter able to prioritize and thrive under pressure
• Desirable: DipPFS, APMI or equivalent pension qualifications
