Location: Hybrid from hubs in Berlin, London, or Tallinn or remote across Europe

What you will do
- Lead regulatory oversight, staying abreast of FCA, DWP, HMRC developments and assessing impact on SIPP offerings.
- Solve complex technical queries as escalation point for client pension cases.
- Drive product compliance by analyzing legislative changes like Pensions Dashboard and implementing procedure updates.
- Enhance governance by identifying SIPP market risks and delivering mitigation solutions.
- Coach staff with technical training and develop training materials to build pension expertise.
- Manage external relationships with partners, advisors, and represent at industry events.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in HMRC and FCA rules for SIPPs and UK pensions market
- Proven experience analyzing legislative changes into operational procedures
- Experience handling complex SIPP technical issues in fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder communication with engineering, product, compliance teams
- Highly organized self-starter able to prioritize and thrive under pressure
- Desirable: DipPFS, APMI or equivalent pension qualifications
