FP&A Analyst

TL;DR

FP&A Analyst: Drive financial planning, business modeling, and strategic projects, partnering with HQ, regional, and cross-functional teams with an accent on performance reporting, KPI setting, and budgeting. Focus on analyzing performance trends, explaining variances, and refining long-term business models to support strategic decision-making.

Location: Hybrid mode with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance to identify trends and explain variances against targets.
• Collaborate with local and central teams to define, track, and improve KPIs.
• Support strategic decision-making through ad hoc financial and industry analyses.
• Build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders and improve management reporting.
• Develop and refine long-term business models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field, and at least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, business valuation (Big-4), or FP&A.
• Strong expertise in financial and business modeling, budgeting tools; proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic tech environment.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools.
