What you will do

• Lead and mentor high-performing engineering team deploying conversational AI agents used by millions.
• Hands-on work in Python, TypeScript and async systems to design, build and iterate AI agents solving customer problems.
• Collaborate with product, design, research and enterprise customers to translate pain points into AI solutions.
• Drive engineering strategy, influence platform evolution and contribute to agent development environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years engineering management experience and 7+ years commercial software engineering
• Strong hands-on Python, TypeScript and asynchronous programming
• Comfort with deep tech stacks and diagnosing complex system issues

• Experience with multi-modal AI models
