TL;DR

Local Growth & Field Community Lead (Hospitality): Connect hyper-locally with hospitality customers and prospects in key French cities through events, networking, and content creation with an accent on building community and driving growth strategy. Focus on launching anchor missions with existing customers, producing raw on-the-ground content, and linking offline activities to measurable sales impact.

Location: Marseille, Bouches-du-Rhône, France (boots-on-the-ground in assigned cities)

What you will do

  • Launch anchor missions by mapping and enlisting respected existing customers to host events attracting prospects and influencers.
  • Build strong relationships with key prospects, influencers, and local entities like trade associations.
  • Ideate, run, and measure impact of local events from breakfasts to networking gatherings hosted at customer sites.
  • Capture raw customer stories on-the-ground for social media snippets and sales case studies in collaboration with social team.
  • Provide fresh local field sales materials with latest data and stories.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, account, product marketing, social, and partnership teams.

Requirements

  • Hospitality DNA with experience and contacts
  • Scrappy content creation skills: film, edit, write using basic tools, Canva, iMovie, AI
  • Comfortable working out of office in assigned cities
  • Strategic self-starter spotting and seizing opportunities
  • Sales-minded with understanding of sales cycle and impact tracking
  • Strong experience running events, ideally in hospitality

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Looker, Hootsuite
  • Deep knowledge of UTM links and QR codes for tracking
