What you will do

• Own creation and maintenance of demo automation library in Consensus for core use cases across Finance, Sales, Workforce, and Supply Chain.
• Produce high-quality recorded demo videos and interactive product tours for self-serve prospect experiences.
• Prepare and deliver live demos for marketing events, webinars, and product launches.
• Develop creative assets like presentation materials and positioning decks in collaboration with Design and PMM.
• Leverage AI tools (LLMs, hirify.global AI) to accelerate model and asset development.
• Support presales analytics, enablement sessions, and RFP library contributions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in EPM as Solution Consultant, practitioner, implementer, or 2+ years in SC Ops/presales operations
• Strong demo tailoring skills with individual talk tracks and collateral adaptation
• Video production and editing proficiency for platforms like Consensus
• Intermediate model building from prospect datasets
• AI-native with active use of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) and AI tools
• Competitive awareness of hirify.global's positioning
• Organized, detail-oriented collaborator across Marketing, PMM, Design, and SC teams
