What you will do

• Partner with the Country Manager to co-lead the organization and execute local Annual Business Plans.
• Drive customer experience excellence across all touchpoints and optimize sales performance.
• Oversee and adjust the marketing strategy to ensure alignment with commercial goals and market needs.
• Utilize data and analytics to derive actionable insights into market trends and customer behavior.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing and product specialists.

Requirements

• Must be based in or have the right to work in FR - Ile de France.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing high-performing teams.
• Proven success in Marketing and Commercial Excellence.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong understanding of CRM software and excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
