Senior Project Manager (Finance Department)

What you will do

• Lead multiple large and complex projects in parallel across business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams, run steering committees, and support decision-making.
• Define and maintain project scope, timelines, budgets, communication, and documentation.
• Coordinate PM community on dependencies, approaches, timelines, and collective problem-solving.
• Promote pragmatic use of project management framework and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide peer support, coaching, and knowledge sharing to other PMs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project and program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical field, or related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal, for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid technical background (e.g., software implementation or configuration).
• Familiarity with project tracking, collaboration, and office tools.

• Experience in IT project management in finance domain.
