What you will do

• Plan and control space projects, including financial and contractual management.
• Coordinate and lead internal project teams to achieve technical and project objectives.
• Manage communication and progress reporting for industrial customers and the European Space Agency (ESA).
• Oversee procurement activities for engineering services and hardware from initiation to delivery.
• Manage existing suppliers and subcontractors, including contract negotiations.
• Lead proposal campaigns for project acquisition, including the creation of planning and financial documentation.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Technical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within the space industry.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Professional communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work from Brno, Czech Republic.
