What you will do

• Manage full-lifecycle complex projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Design and implement operational plans while monitoring performance and resolving bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Software Development, Information Security, and IT teams to secure specialized resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, to report status and escalate issues.
• Oversee project budgets, sizing, and billing, identifying opportunities for revenue increase and cost optimization.
• Mentor less experienced project managers in planning and financial responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Must be based in Prague, Czechia.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
