What you will do

• Manage performance advertising including data analysis, budget tracking, audience segmentation, and necessary adjustments for high performance.
• Execute digital ad campaigns per insertion orders, collaborating with commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate internally with commercial, product, and technical teams.
• Test websites, implement ad tags, and resolve performance issues.
• Optimize campaign effectiveness to align with client goals, focusing on the African market.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach for flawless campaign execution.
• Proficient in dynamic problem-solving in fast-paced advertising environment.
• Experience with ticket-handling tools like Jira or Monday.com, and ad systems like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or DSPs.
• Collaborative mindset for team environments.

Nice to have

• 2-5 years in digital advertising on publisher or agency side, performance marketing experience.
