Location: Key cities in Germany. Your office is the streets – boots-on-the-ground presence required in assigned cities for events and networking.

What you will do

• Launch Anchor Mission: Map and enlist respected existing customers to host events attracting prospects and influencers.
• Build local networks with prospects, influencers, and trade associations.
• Ideate, run, and measure impact of local events like breakfasts, lunches, and networking gatherings at customer sites.
• Create raw, real customer stories and content using phone for social media and sales materials.
• Provide fresh data and stories to fuel local field sales.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, account, product, social, and partnership teams.

Requirements

• Hospitality DNA: Natural in hospitality world with experience and contacts.
• Scrappy content creator: Film, edit, write using Canva, iMovie/Google Suite, and AI tools.
• Boots-on-the-ground: Love being out in assigned cities connecting with audience.
• Strategic self-starter spotting and seizing opportunities.
• Sales-minded: Understand sales cycle and track offline impact on online growth.
• Strong experience running events, ideally in hospitality.

Nice to have

• CRM experience with Salesforce, Looker, Hootsuite.
• UTM links and QR codes for tracking.
