Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement: Own the function improving revenue organisation's selling, retention, and growth through programs, systems, and team with an accent on data-grounded enablement strategy aligned to business outcomes and built for scale. Focus on leading exceptional team, developing people, raising performance bar, and building AI-native capabilities to exceed growth ambitions.

Location: Hybrid model primarily in Dublin HQ (3-4 days/week), London, Sydney, or Charlotte (US HQ); remote across US & Europe; work from abroad up to 60 days/year.

What you will do

  • Own Revenue Enablement and Change function to make Sales and Customer Success teams better at selling, retaining, and growing.
  • Design and execute data-driven enablement strategy aligned to business outcomes and scalable.
  • Build programs, systems, and processes that measurably improve revenue organisation performance.
  • Lead, develop, and maintain an exceptional enablement team.
  • Transform revenue organisation into AI-native operation exceeding growth targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across global revenue org reporting to Senior Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations.
