What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to design solutions and drive pursuits with technical stakeholders.
• Establish vision for data practices aligned with business strategy and consult on complex data platform programs.
• Partner with executives to leverage data for strategic objectives and provide client-facing technical leadership.
• Design and develop intricate data processing pipelines and scalable implementations for data science models.
• Implement data governance, security, privacy strategies, and deploy pipelines using TDD and continuous delivery.
• Represent hirify.global at events and conferences.

Requirements

• Extensive pre-sales experience driving complex pursuits and creating commercial proposals.
• Native-level German speaker (C1) comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading enterprise data strategy, system design, and large-scale implementations using Domain-Driven Design.
• Hands-on with Big Data architectures, data pipelines, distributed systems, data modeling, cloud warehousing, and streaming solutions.
• Hands-on leader building production-grade code, data governance, security, MLOps, and data science concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management, resilience in ambiguity, coaching, and relationship building.
