What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to design solutions and drive pursuits with technical stakeholders.
• Establish vision for data practices aligned with business strategy and consult on complex data platform programs.
• Partner with executives to identify data opportunities and provide client-facing technical leadership.
• Design and develop intricate data processing pipelines and scalable implementations for data science models.
• Implement data governance, security, privacy strategies and write clean code using TDD and continuous delivery.
• Represent hirify.global at events and conferences.

Requirements

• Native-level German speaker (C1) comfortable driving consensus with senior stakeholders.
• Extensive pre-sales experience driving complex pursuits and creating commercial proposals.
• Experience leading enterprise data strategy, system design, and end-to-end large-scale implementations.
• Hands-on with Big Data architectures, data pipelines, distributed systems, data modeling, and modern data tools.
• Expertise in Domain-Driven Design, streaming solutions, MLOps, data governance, and security.
• Hands-on leader capable of writing production code and mentoring teams.
