What you will do

• Serve as first point of contact for IT-related queries, providing prompt assistance and triage.
• Diagnose and resolve Level 1 software and hardware issues for seamless user experience.
• Onboard new employees by configuring equipment and software.
• Collaborate with workplace team to manage in-office technology needs.
• Own specific IT projects and tasks to improve internal systems.
• Document technical processes and findings to build team knowledge base.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent knowledge of networks and security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset eager to learn in fast-paced environment
• Clear professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
