What you will do

• Craft polished interfaces that build trust and showcase hirify.global's power for bioinformaticians.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders using modern design tools and code.
• Contribute to design system and broader design strategy.
• Ship high-quality work in a fast-paced startup, defining feature areas with attention to detail.
• Drive strategic product direction through user empathy and platform understanding.
• Create, iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.

Requirements

• 4+ years as Product Designer or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio of user-centric design and polished UI for technical/developer products.
• End-to-end experience on large, complex products.
• Ability to prototype with code and collaborate technically with engineering.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity for solving hard problems.
